The video below showcases what can go wrong when two different businesses share a website between them.  Yes, you read that correctly. One business was split into two and they shared a website. This case study is from back in 2014, pre Google's local pack. Enjoy the hilarious outcome of one Canberra business struggling to make sense of google, mobile phones and technology in general. This is actually a great example of why web designers should design for mobile first. I tried really hard to assist this client, but they believed things were okay.
